The argument that China has not been in a war since Korea is always hilarious. So America has been at war non stop, and where did that get it? Some paltry victories against nations many times smaller than itself... and quite a few humiliating defeats against even smaller countries.

They are stocking up drones, supersonic missiles, destroyers, aircraft carriers and submarines. They will have satellites to assist in tracking enemies for retaliations with great accuracy.
