This is painful to watch. These so called experts are simply dancing around history to twist & turn the facts and not honouring whatever was signed in the past. The problem is America is behind pulling all the seperatist movement strings in Taiwan and using ambiguity in the media to push back against China's reunification. Anything major in Taiwan only passes when AIT (American Institute of Taiwan) gives the green light. I never saw Victor this serious. He took a deep breath a couple of times. He try to control the surge of his emotions (anger, concern, disappoinment, sadness ?) First yes it is natural for China to reunify Taiwan and they didn’t do that decades ago was because Taiwan was still poor and not developed any hi tech industries yet. Semiconductor is hot commodity and the world needs it especially the USA now why other nations say they have a stake in Taiwan especially the west is because they need the semiconductor that chips that we use it everyday. If CCP China invade Taiwan and lost the war with the help of the US and other allied country then Taiwan has the legal right to govern the China. Communism will be replaced by real democratic and right minded Chinese people. Chinese people hate now the CCP.
It's actually USA's narrative that China will take Taiwan by force by 2027. With no outside interference, Taiwan will peacefully reunite with China.
