i dont know i feel like japans tech and access to western weapons will punch a hole in any offensive strikes. also gotta consider Japan's been doing military training on the Japanese islands exclusively due to the defense act. so they would know the islands more so than any chinese special forces team. china would attack with missiles and lone range drone attack other than that i dont think china would risk taking major losses and expensive ones to a country that is better trained and better equipped than Ukraine. this would be a series of air strikes or missile attacks. but invasion? both sides would take major losses if they invaded. and for china thats not a good look to take major losses from anyone other than the usa. if china lost 350k men invading Japan it would visually look worse for them than it would for Japan.

I am Chinese American, over the years, I always and most people living in the West have this perception of a peaceful Japan, and lovely obedient polite Japanese. Sadly, the more I dig into history and reading about the atrocities of Imperial Fascist Japan during world war 2 and their cruel behavior especially with Nanjing massacre are revealed, I am saddened by this very deep ugly side of Japan. There is still a right wing fascist element in Japanese politics. Taiwan right wing elements are deeply tied to Japan. They are beholden to puppet master the USA. So, monkey wrenching of the CIA, pentagon deep state is at work here. How sad for the world! China has no choice but to continuously stay vigilant!
The situation is quite clear. China is abandoning its communist commitment to class struggle and the improvement of the lot of common Chinese, in favor of wasteful military adventurism. With its support for the Russian imperialism in Ukraine, it squandered the goodwill of the world. It is vastly increasing its nuclear arsenal instead of reducing the global arsenals. It is working up hatred for other countries instead of focusing on positives and moving forward. It is reactionary now.
