As a co-signatory to the terms of Surrender by Japan/ Tokyo, the so-called "San Francisco treaty" by Washington and Tokyo is null and void, and China and Russia are NOT obliged to recognize it. Moreover, the UN Charter obliges a co-signatory to the end of WW II in East Asia and Pacific, to ENFORCE the terms of Surrender. The UN Charter expressly authorizes any of the signatories to do so without reverting to the UN for approval.

Mongo Khan : If China/Beijing is not prepared to back up it's words MILITARILY to enforce the terms of Surrender signed to by Tokyo, pointless to bark. The Japanese militaristic caravan will just ignore you and move on; continue reinforcing their armed forces on the islands occupied against the terms of Surrender.
