Working class Americans have been feeling the effects of the oligarchy, but not understanding what/who is causing their struggles. People's lack of understanding of this issue allows for the politicians to continue deflecting the blame onto marginalized communities like immigrants or lgbtq+ people, which perpetuates the cycle of re-electing the very people who are causing the damage.

Monroe doctrine in 2025 wont work. Information is freer, non-American populations are more engaged in world issues, Latin America has the world’s second youngest populations (Yep… especially the ones deported), Africa is on decoupling from traditional colonial relations and going EAST. Last time I checked, Russia and China have an Artic agreement and African countries are also entering mineral agreements with China (Chinese didn't massacre or colonised anyone outside their neighborhood compared to the WEST. The developing world is watching and CAPITAL always gravitate to areas of low cost and high return.
